► TOP 5 INSURANCE COMPANY WEAKNESSES (That you must know about)
- 9:48 – Adjusters have a large number of files, and don’t know your case inside out

► 18:38 – I was initially denied long term disability a year ago and I didn’t do anything about it. I figured there was no point in appealing the denial, which you say all the time. ► 23:43 – My brother has PTSD and recently had his long-term disability claim rejected by his insurer because they say that he is not “totally disabled” from working. He appealed and was rejected again. He is a paramedic, which is a very stressful job. I’m worried that he’ll keep getting worse if he continues dealing with this insurance company. What do you think he should do?
► 26:23 – email@example.com – You’ve spoken before about “Bad Faith” damages, or punitive damages, that some disabled individuals may be able to claim from insurance companies who deny legitimate claims. Can you explain this a bit more?
